My Granddaughter had her wedding and reception at Meg’s Country Celebration on May 17, 2014. It was a beautiful wedding with the sky as a backdrop. Reception was in the barn, with plenty of room for tables, food line, dessert bar, dance floor and a corner for wedding cake with a chandelier over it. My granddaughter and daughter make several comments about how nice and dedicated Meg was to work with to have things arranged the way they wanted. I believe it was meant for her to use Meg’s venue. In spring 2013 my granddaughter had another venue picked and in October 2013 a tornado destroyed it. In searching for another location she found Meg’s Country Celebration. Parking was well organized and dressing area was provided. Meg is considered our friend now and I have been trying to think of an event I could have at her venue.

I can’t say enough nice things about Meg and all she did for us. The barn was a perfect setting for my daughter’s country wedding. Meg went above and beyond my expectations with all her help leading up to and that day. I highly recommend anyone wanting a country themed wedding or an outdoor wedding to get in touch with Meg and see what she has to offer. Meg helped make my crazy day easier and I appreciate all she did. Cindy K., mother of the bride
I had a dream wedding, and Meg played a huge part in making it all happen! She was beyond helpful with any and everything we needed throughout the wedding planning and the actual wedding day. The country chic atmosphere created a wonderful and fun place to celebrate our “big day.” Our friends and family could not stop commenting on the beautiful outside ceremony and how awesome the party barn was for the reception. I HIGHLY recommend this venue for any event or celebration! My husband, friends, and I are already discussing future plans for a Halloween party! Thanks again Meg for your outstanding dedication and hard work!…

We had the first event held at Meg’s Country Celebrations on October 12th, 2013. We held our wedding reception dinner and dance at the barn! The night was everything we’ve ever dreamed of. Helping in the process of starting this amazing venue was a wonderful and gratifying experience. Meg is totally passionate about helping you achieve your ideal or dream reception and/or wedding event! Thank you for being a wonderful hostess and a great friend! We will never forget our night! It was perfect! Love,

Meg is a good friend and co-worker of mine. When I found out that I was the maid of honor for my best friend, I knew her bridal shower would be at Meg’s Country Celebrations. Meg is completely dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. She was great when I decided to make a last minute change, because of the wedding. She is one of the most affordable venue’s I have come across, especially for all that you get! It’s the perfect location for all country brides! 🙂

This time last week I was celebrating my marriage to the love of my life of over seven years. Two months of literal blood, sweat and tears was poured into planning this day. We worked so hard to make our vision come to light and to be able to share that with the ones we love was just unforgettable. Throughout our planning process we came into contact with Meg, owner of Meg’s Country Celebrations. I can honestly say meeting her has been an absolute blessing in our lives. She is one of the hardest working, caring, giving and beautiful souls I have ever met. We could never have imagined our wedding anywhere but her beautiful farm and being able to work beside her throughout the process was the icing on the cake! Thank you Meg for the love you put into making our day a beautiful experience…

I have been a professional wedding photographer for over 37 years. We shoot weddings all over central and northern Indiana. Barn weddings have become popular over the last 5 years. We have done several around the state and many had shortcomings so you felt you were giving up something at each wedding. Saturday was our first time at Meg’s Country Celebrations. Right away we saw how much attention to detail Meg had put into this venue!! From the beautiful little glass green house with lovely hanging plants and ornate furniture to the several little seating areas around the yard with white wicker furniture and the back barn patio for dancing with old farm machinery and hay bale “couches” covered with quilts around it. There was the volleyball area, the bonfire area. The outdoor wedding area was was as simple and elegant as possible from the french door entry to the columned altar area. And the mile plus view behind the altar was classic country. The barn itself was a classic 100 year old relic with charm, great decorative touches of old furniture and church pews and attractive lighting. The owner, Meg, was as charming as the barn itself (but not as old) She was working continually for the 2 hours we were there before the wedding. We strongly recommend Meg’s Country Celebrations for a wedding and reception ! We hope we can do many more weddings there!
